Nick’s Pressure Washing is not responsible for delays, incomplete service, or issues caused by missing access, inaccurate information, or undisclosed property conditions.
5. Property Conditions and Results
Nick’s Pressure Washing uses appropriate cleaning methods based on the service requested and the condition of the property.
While we work to provide quality results, we do not guarantee that every stain, mark, discoloration, oxidation, rust stain, oil stain, paint stain, or organic buildup can be fully removed.
Some surfaces may have permanent staining, aging, fading, oxidation, or damage that cannot be corrected through pressure washing or soft washing.
Results may vary based on the surface type, age, condition, prior maintenance, and buildup level.
6. Pre-Existing Damage
The customer understands that exterior surfaces may already have wear, damage, cracks, loose paint, oxidation, leaks, weak seals, loose siding, damaged wood, or other issues before service begins.
Nick’s Pressure Washing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage caused by weak, deteriorated, improperly installed, or previously damaged surfaces.
Customers should notify us of any known concerns before work begins.
7. Payments
Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before or at the time of service.
Payment may be required before, during, or after completion depending on the project and agreement.
Nick’s Pressure Washing reserves the right to pause or refuse future services for unpaid balances.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Nick’s Pressure Washing reserves the right to reschedule or cancel service if:
